Prime Minister Narendra Modi reacted to the Delhi Assembly Election results, expressing gratitude to the people of Delhi for the BJP’s historic victory. Taking to social media platform ‘X’, he described the win as a triumph of development and good governance. PM Modi assured that the government will leave no stone unturned in ensuring Delhi’s comprehensive growth and improving the quality of life for its citizens. He also emphasized that BJP workers will dedicate themselves even more to serving the people of Delhi.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah also commented on BJP’s victory, taking a sharp dig at the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government. He stated that the people of Delhi have rejected false promises and given a clear mandate to the BJP. Shah pointed out that voters have expressed their discontent through the ballot over issues such as the polluted Yamuna, poor drinking water quality, broken roads, sewage problems, and the liquor policy scandal. He further assured that the BJP government is committed to transforming Delhi into an ideal capital city.
