PM Modi Targets AAP Government During Development Projects Launch in Delhi

Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday launched multiple development projects in Delhi while setting the stage for the upcoming Assembly elections. During the distribution of keys to beneficiaries of the Ashok Vihar slum rehabilitation project, the Prime Minister engaged with the recipients and launched a veiled but sharp critique of the AAP government.

Without naming Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, PM Modi criticized the non-implementation of the ‘Ayushman Bharat’ scheme in Delhi. He stated, “While the entire country benefits from free treatment under this scheme, the AAP government has denied Delhi residents this crucial facility, causing significant harm to the people.”

Direct Criticism Without Naming Kejriwal

PM Modi referred to the last decade in Delhi as a time of “AAP-da,” hinting at widespread issues under the AAP regime. He accused the Delhi government of corruption in liquor policy, school administration, recruitment processes, and healthcare for the poor.

The Prime Minister assured that the central government remains dedicated to improving the quality of life for urban families and addressing their core needs.
