Recent rainfall in Delhi-NCR has improved air quality, with the Air Quality Index (AQI) recorded at 302, classified as “very poor.” Following this improvement, the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has lifted GRAP-4 restrictions, allowing construction activities, truck movement, and operations of non-PNG fuel industries to resume.
However, GRAP-3 measures remain in effect, including a ban on diesel generator usage. Authorities emphasized continued caution as AQI levels remain in the “very poor” range, and further actions will be implemented if necessary.
