Action has been taken in Haridwar over negligence in the UKSSSC graduate-level exam case. Sector Magistrate K.N. Tiwari, posted as Project Director at the District Rural Development Agency, Haridwar, has been found guilty of dereliction of duty at Adarsh Bal Sadan Inter College, Bahadrabad Jatt, and has been suspended.
Haridwar SSP Pramendra Singh Dobal also suspended Sub-Inspector Rohit Kumar and Constable Brahmdatt Joshi for failing to maintain vigilance during exam duty. In addition, Assistant Professor Suman has been suspended for negligence.
The SSP has termed the lapses as serious and ordered disciplinary proceedings. CO Roorkee Narendra Pant has been assigned to investigate the matter, with a directive to submit a detailed report within a week.
