Dehradun, 10 Oct: A panel discussion on mental health will be organised at Raj Bhawan, here tomorrow to mark World Mental Health Day 2025. The event will be graced by Governor Lt Gen (Retd) Gurmit Singh, who will attend as the Chief Guest.
The panel will feature Dr Vipul Kandwal, owner of Aarogyadham Hospital; Durga Verma, owner of Siddhartha Group of Institutions and Durga Group of Companies; leading advocate TS Bindra; chartered accountant Virendra Kalra; and veteran journalist Satish Sharma.
The programme is being held under the aegis of the Wonderwell Foundation, founded by noted psychologist and mental health activist Dr Yashna Bahri Singh.
Dr Yashna Bahri will also deliver a PowerPoint presentation on mental health, while senior journalist and Editor of Garhwal Post, Satish Sharma, will also address the gathering. The event aims to promote awareness, dialogue, and sensitivity towards mental well-being across all sections of society.
