CM Dhami on Pahalgam Attack: Zero Tolerance on Terror

Pushkar singh Dhami

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami condemned the recent Pahalgam terror attack, declaring that India will now implement its “zero tolerance” policy towards terrorism with absolute firmness. He stated that strong measures decided during the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, are already being acted upon.

CM Dhami emphasized that the decision to suspend the Indus Water Treaty is a fitting response to Pakistan, underscoring that “blood and water cannot flow together.” The closure of the Attari border and other tough measures, he added, send a clear and uncompromising message to the neighbouring country.

He said these actions would shatter the ambitions of those who support terrorism and further strengthen India’s national security framework.
