To ease passenger rush during the summer season, a Summer Special train (04330/04329) between Dehradun and Lucknow has been launched. The first trip departed from Dehradun at 7:50 AM on Tuesday. The train will continue its service from Dehradun to Lucknow on June 19, 21, 23, 25, and 29. In return, it will run from Lucknow to Dehradun on June 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, and 30.
According to officials, the train comprises 17 coaches and follows the route via Haridwar, Moradabad, Bareilly, and Hardoi. Chief Commercial Inspector (CMI) S.K. Agrawal stated that the introduction of this special service has provided much-needed relief to passengers during the busy travel period.
