UP Board Result 2025: Yash Pratap Tops Class 10 with 97.83%

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has announced the Class 10 and 12 board examination results for 2025. High school pass percentage stood at 90.11%, while intermediate saw 81.15% students clearing the exam.

In Class 10, Yash Pratap Singh from Jalaun topped the state with 97.83% marks, securing 587 out of 600. The second position was shared by Anshi Tiwari from Etawah and Abhishek Kumar Yadav from Barabanki, both scoring 586 marks (97.67%). Ritu Garg (Moradabad), Arpit Verma (Sitapur), and Simran Gupta (Jalaun) stood third with 585 marks (97.50%).

A total of 11,49,984 boys and 11,44,138 girls passed the high school exams. Girls outperformed boys once again, registering a pass percentage of 93.87%, which is 7.21% higher than boys. The board exams were conducted from February 24 to March 12 at 8,140 centres. Out of 51.34 lakh registered students, over 3.02 lakh were absent. The 2025 exam session saw the highest attendance in the last five years.
