The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the final result of the Civil Services Examination 2024. Shakti Dubey from Prayagraj has secured the All India Rank 1, emerging as the topper in her fifth attempt. Last year, she narrowly missed the cutoff by just 12 marks.
Shakti completed her graduation from Allahabad University and pursued post-graduation in Biochemistry from Banaras Hindu University (BHU). After finishing her studies in 2018, she began preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination, choosing Political Science and International Relations as her optional subjects.
Reflecting on her journey, Shakti shared that she initially felt confused, a phase common among aspirants. However, she gradually refined her approach by drawing inspiration from topper interviews on YouTube and other online resources. She credited the process for playing a significant role in shaping her personality.
