Army Uniform Sale Restricted in Dehradun After Pahalgam Attack

Following the Pahalgam terror attack, where terrorists disguised themselves in army uniforms, Dehradun police have imposed strict controls on the sale of army and police uniforms. The Senior Superintendent of Police has directed all station in-charges to identify shops selling uniforms and related items and ensure that no sales are made without proper identification. Sellers have been warned against unauthorized sales to prevent misuse.

Meanwhile, Hindu Raksha Dal president Lalit Sharma has been placed under house arrest after making a controversial statement against Kashmiri students. The video of his remarks went viral on social media, prompting police to register a case and increase security for students. Authorities have issued a strict warning that any attempt to disturb public order will be met with tough legal action.
