NDA Meeting Passes Resolution Praising Armed Forces and PM Modi

The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) held a significant meeting on Sunday, where chief ministers and deputy chief ministers passed key resolutions. A resolution lauding the bravery of Indian armed forces during ‘Operation Sindoor’ and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s bold leadership was unanimously adopted. Discussions were also held on the upcoming caste-based census, with appreciation for the Centre’s decision to include caste data in the next population survey.

According to sources, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde moved the resolution. It stated that ‘Operation Sindoor’ boosted national morale and confidence, offering a strong message to terrorists and their sponsors. The resolution highlighted PM Modi’s unwavering support for the armed forces.

The one-day conclave was attended by PM Narendra Modi, Union Ministers Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh, and BJP national president JP Nadda. Around 19 chief ministers and an equal number of deputy chief ministers participated in the event.

The BJP, which organized the event, confirmed that key agenda points included the caste census, the first anniversary of the Modi government’s third term, and governance reforms. A vital segment of the conference also focused on best practices shared by NDA-led state governments. Several chief ministers gave presentations on their flagship initiatives. The gathering also paid tribute to the victims of the April 22 terrorist attack in Pahalgam.
